Season’s greetings to our loyal and new patrons, and Welcome to our new website ! We apologize sincerely to anyone who visited our site within the past few weeks and did not find the information they needed as we were “remodeling” our site. We decided it was time for a change and after a few tweaks here and there we present to you a site that is more professional and more functional.
This year we open for business November 23rd and the season runs through December 22nd. We are making a few changes this year to our hours of operation. Firstly, our self service hours have extended to Monday-Thursday, instead of Monday-Wednesday. We will be open Fridays 12PM-5PM and our weekend hours Sat-Sunday 9AM to 5PM remain the same.
In addition to our Christmas Trees we will continue to offer Christmas Wreaths at $20.00 each and of course our farm honey, harvested locally in Scappoose and processed on our farm. We recommend to our customers that you get your honey as early as possible because it tends to sell out very quickly.
As many of you know, we donate a $1.00 for every tree sold to the Scappoose St Vincent de Paul food bank. Many of our customers make additional donations above and beyond that, and for the 2011 Christmas Season we are proud to report that we donated $693.00 to the food bank.
In the Spirit of Giving we also started accepting donations to the Special Olympics of Columbia County in 2010. This charity is one that is near and dear to our hearts, especially because of Jim’s brother, Peter Marquardt. For the 2011 Christmas season we donated $97.00 to Special Olympics
Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you out at our farm ! Please contact us with any questions or concerns
